Calm Collective hires rooms to independent practitioners. To book a therapy appointment, contact your practitioner directly.

How much does room hire cost?
Tell us about your practice and the hire pattern you’re considering. We’ll discuss relevant rates and terms before you commit. Ask about rates — you don’t need to choose a date first.
When is my booking confirmed?
A request is not a confirmed booking. The team will check availability and suitability and contact you to agree the details. Please wait for confirmation before arranging clients.
What facilities are included?
The planned shared facilities include a waiting area, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Ask us to confirm the facilities and equipment available for the room and arrangement you need.
Is there step-free access and parking?
Contact us about your access requirements before booking. We’ll discuss access, parking and arrival details with you so you can check the space works for you and your clients.
What professional requirements apply?
Requirements will be confirmed before a room-hire agreement. Each practitioner is responsible for their qualifications, registrations, insurance and professional obligations.
How do I change or cancel a request?
